FAQ’s

Q: Can I exchange a product?   

A: You can return an item for exchange as long as it is on its original condition as it was received. Returns & Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are returned to Head Office via registered post.

 

Q: Where do I send my return or exchange to?

A: Please send items back to Flaunt It Party Plan P O Box 2000 Lower Templestowe VIC 3107, Please make sure that you include documentation referring to your item including name, address and telephone number etc. to assist with the exchange.

 

Q: I have a faulty product, what should I do?

A: Due to health regulations, we cannot exchange any toys or intimate products that have been used. If you have not used the item/s and it is returned to Flaunt It Party Plan in original condition we will offer an exchange or a credit note. If your item is unused and presumed faulty, Flaunt It will offer an exchange for either the same item or an alternative item.

 

Q: What are postage and handling costs?

A: Where party sales exceed $250.00 each guest is required to pay $5.00 which covers the pick/pack/despatch/postage/handling of their order. The complete party order will be sent to the hostess. For party sales under $250.00 each guest is required to pay $12.00.  You can also opt for your party order to go to you directly by paying $12.00. It will be sent either registered post or express post.

 

Q: Can my order come directly to me rather than the hostess?

A: Yes, you can have your ordered shipped directly via express post for $12.00 as long as your order fits into an express post vinyl pouch.

 

Q: What happens if my item is on Backorder?

A: We always aim to have orders shipped as soon as possible, but from time to time items are out of stock. We will advise the customer an approximate time delay.

 

Q: Is my privacy protected?

A: Yes, All information provided by you is only used for billing, delivery and administering internal promotions. Your details will not be given or sold to any outside agency.

 

Q: What payment methods do can I use?

A: You can pay by cash or credit card. You can also pay via bank deposit, please contact your consultant or head office for banking details.

Q: I can't find my consultants details to contact her, what should I do?

A: If you are unable to find the consultants details, please contact Flaunt It head office (info@flauntitparties.com.au) and we can provide you with the required details

 

Q: What Credit Cards does Flaunt it accept?

A: Flaunt It only accepts mastercard or visa.

 

Q: What happens if an item cannot be supplied or it is delayed for longer than expected?

A: If an item is sold out we will offer an alternative item or a refund. Flaunt It Party Plan will always endeavour to keep the customer satisfied and if no agreement can be made on an alternative item then Flaunt It Head Office will happily refund to the customer the cost of the ordered item that was unable to be supplied.
